Mena Touristic and Real Estate Investment announced that it has concluded a sales agreement with Commercial International Bank -COMI for a property at smart village.

 
A bourse filling noted that Mena Touristic has sold the property in return for a total amount of EGP47 million ($6.2 billion).

Earlier, the company's board of directors has approved the property sale for EGP47 million.

Mena had posted EGP 2.8 million loss in the first nine months of FY14.
